Thai Yoga Massage

This therapy, also known as Thai Massage, aims to stretch and relax several vital muscle chains in the body, combining musculoskeletal and joint manipulations, twists, pressure, and hundreds of other movements, increasing flexibility and reducing pain, stiffness, and muscle contractures.
Among its countless benefits: relaxation; release of blockages and tension; improved blood, lymphatic, and energy circulation; stimulation of internal organs; improved posture and breathing; relief from headaches; and reduced stress and anxiety, promoting improvements in neurological and emotional function.
It is performed traditionally on the floor on a futon or mat, and the client wears light, comfortable clothing.

Thai Foot Reflexology
Following the same principles as Thai medicine, it acts on the body's energy and blood flow, and consequently, directly affects reflex points (nerve endings) linked to internal organs and other parts of the body. The application is primarily focused on the patient's feet, with some maneuvers extending up the leg to the knee.
What most distinguishes this technique from other known methods is the use of a stick, which is unique to Thai reflexology. The stick facilitates certain movements performed by the therapist and also helps to more easily release tension points and calcium deposits in the feet.
Some of the benefits include: relaxation; stress and anxiety relief; improved sleep and mood; detoxification; stimulation and improved organ and visceral function; and improved flexibility of the feet and joints.
Japanese therapy based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It works on the energy lines (meridians), the same points used in acupuncture, but without needles, activating body awareness throughout your entire being.
Zen Shiatsu is a restorative massage, based on the fundamental idea of restoring organic function and, consequently, reducing symptoms. It balances the body's chi, providing a sense of well-being and relaxation. It helps prevent illness.
Among its countless benefits: It promotes well-being, physical and mental relaxation, unblocks the flow of vital energy, stimulates blood and lymphatic circulation, reduces stress and anxiety, and reduces muscle and joint pain. Due to the use of oil or cream, this therapy is performed on a massage table.

Relaxing Massage
Myofascial Release
Myofascial release is a massage technique that aims to restore muscle function. Through this therapy, muscles can be prepared for physical activity, tension and pain can be relieved, and injuries can be prevented. Along with manual techniques, other tools such as screens, rollers, and suction cups can be used.
To better understand myofascial release for treating pain caused by injuries, it's first necessary to know what fascia is. Located beneath the skin, it's a thin membrane of connective tissue that protects and covers muscle groups throughout the body. In fact, its elasticity and resistance allow muscles to glide smoothly.
Several benefits include: Reducing muscle tension and improving movement execution, preparing muscles for exercise, and aiding muscle recovery and preventing injuries.

Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage aims to increase the volume and speed of lymph transported through the lymphatic vessels and ducts using techniques that mimic the body's natural pumping action. It directly influences tissue oxygenation, promotes the elimination of toxins and metabolites, enhances nutrient absorption through the digestive tract, increases fluid elimination, and improves intestinal absorption, among other functions.
As a result, the following occur: edema reduction, increased cellular hydration and nutrition, faster wound healing (due to improved blood flow resulting from reduced edema), and more rapid reabsorption of bruises and hematomas.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage, as its name suggests, is a massage therapy technique that uses heated basalt stones on strategic points of the body. It is commonly used on areas such as the head, feet, and back.
This ancient therapy offers a range of health benefits.
The main objective of the procedure is to promote stress relief, leading to relaxation and a sense of well-being. For this reason, the massage is recommended in cases of general malaise.
Reiki
Reiki means Universal Life Energy, that is, the "energy of life," which, when applied by a therapist, revitalizes our entire being, balancing our chakras and bodies—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. It provides deep relaxation and elevates us to a state of peace and harmony.
Reiki is a technique well understood in quantum physics. It is highly regarded by the WHO (World Health Organization), and the therapy is performed through the laying on of hands. It is a complementary treatment recommended for everyone, young or old.
It is most commonly indicated for stress, insomnia, anxiety, traumatic blockages, immune system imbalance, among countless other uses.
